This eating plan includes vegetables, fruit, game meat, poultry, fish, nuts, seeds, maple syrup, and herbal teas. It's a back to basics type of eating plan no sugar, wheat, processed foods, salt, or dairy no red meat except game meat.

I have to admire you're commitment. I know it is much more healthy for you, but I would have a difficult time sticking to it. I get bored with food very easily and I am afraid I would get too bored with this one.0
