Calorie Goal is different everyday. Why?

I am super new here & input my current weight in the calculator to figure out how many calories I needed to eat to lose weight. Yesterday, it said I needed 1459 calories. Today's calorie goal says 1549 calories. Why? Does it change everyday? I did input a change in weight today because I reweighed after last week (I didn't start calorie counting though until yesterday...was just trying to eat better and get more sleep last week) and I did show a 2lb loss. But I would think that when you weigh less, it's not going to INcrease your calorie goal for the day. Right?! Or, does it just change daily on here. I'm only on day 2 of counting so I haven't a clue.

It's going to add calories to your goal when you earn them through exercise. Did you log 100 calories burned through exercise that might have caused this?

Did you add in excercise? MFP will add the excercise calories to the allowance, showing you as having a higher goal.

I did! I didn't realize it added the exercise calories back in. Thank you for the info! :) I have a ton to learn at this! Can't wait to figure it all out & show progress for all the work I put in. :)
