A start.. 10 lbs down

This is something I never thought I would do; however in the 12 weeks (with two 2 week vacations) it has taken me to lose 10 lbs, I have come to this board many times to get motivation in other’s success pictures. So, here are my before and during pictures. I know I have a long way to go still before I reach my goal but after feeling like I haven’t changed these pictures prove otherwise.
On the left is May 10th; 5 Weeks after having my son at 180 lbs and on the right is today at 170 lbs.
