LunaTriforce,
I have heard from numerous people that this really works if you are faithful in tracking both food intake & exercise. (Oh--I have an idea......... How about if I give to you for free every pound I lose. Since I am aiming to lose 30 pounds in the next 9-12 months, that should help you out right?? ) HA!

Luna.... This site defiinitely works, I'm trying to lose weight and have been successful. Tracking everything you eat and knowing the macro content helps a huge amount, it makes you accountable. The process would be the same regardless of whether you are losing or trying to stabilise your weight.
Best of luck, the plan works, but it does take some effort - but worth the results...
Add me as a friend if you like, I'd be pleased to be one of your cheerleaders!0 -
Just gaining "weight" is quite easy, really. Lots and lots of pasta and ice cream seems to do the trick.
If you want to it to be a reasonable distribution of muscle to fat, though, you'll need to exercise a lot, and make sure you're eating enough to still gain. Either way, learning to track and plan your meals should help you just as much as it helps those of us moving in the other direction.0
