    Congrats!!! That is my first goal too...5 pounds till I get there which seems so hard to lose.....I like 10 pound goals. They seem a little less intimidating...After I reach 200, 190 will be great. I have to be happy where I am till I get where I'm going. :) Enjoy your journey
