But I feel like the host of Man vs. Food trying to polish off this pound of strawberries...

Don't woory about how many cals, but the quality of the breakfast. Be sure to get some whole grains, fruit, and protein in you. That's what I strive to do because it helps to keep you feeling full longer. Good luck! Always looking for friend if you need to add me. My name is Norman.

That's gonna give you a major insulin spike first thing in the morning.

My breakfast is somewhere below 300 and I struggle finishing that too. It's just some oatmeal, blueberries and milk but I need about 45 minutes to eat it.

:) Although I'm sure by the time I got through a whole pound of them it would feel like a ton.

  • My breakfast is normally around the 200-220cals mark as I like to save my calories for later in the day when Im more awake :)

Typically, it's a 10-hour window: 9 AM to 7 PM. I rarely, if ever, eat after dinner; so, I stay fasted for about 14 hours.

I usually do heavy cardio in the morning and afterwards I can't eat anything big or I'll get sick. I usually will have half a cup of cottage cheese and blueberries. It's under 400 cals. I don't usually get really hungry until lunch and so I eat a good lunch and a moderate dinner. I've lost 34 lbs so I don't think the low cal breakfast and heavier lunch/dinner is hurting my weight loss.
