Miss my routine..?

Hi guys quite a general question but wondering if anyone else had the same worry or if it affected their weight loss in any way, I'm not at home at the moment, I'm staying at cousins in England for a break and obviously my exercise has decreased because of this. I'm finding I'm missing my 30 min workouts in the evenings.

I'm staying within my calorie limit however with the lack of exercise is it likely I will put a lot of weight back on?..I know these questions sound silly but it is a genuine concern for me, My goal was to exercise more this summer and it has worked but now I'm away I feel like i'm back in square one....whats everyones views on how holidays/trips effect your weight loss regime?

    If you are staying within your calorie limit, you are unlikely to put weight back on... and when you're on vacation, I don't think you could ask for much better. It is extremely difficult to stick to a regime when you are out of your comfort zone.

    Yep, just pay attention to what you are eating. If you really want exercise you can always go for a walk with your cousin after dinner.

    We are going on vacation at the end of August, I plan on taking my running shoes/work out clothes so I can go for a jog in the morning, and I know we will be walking lots.

    Thanks for the replys guys, yea have been doing a good lot of walking and trying to keep that up while i'm here....fair play to you for planning to bring your work out clothes on hols, wish I'd brought mine....I'll just have to really get stuck into it again when I'm back :)

    Can you not go for a jog in the morning? That's what I would do :)
