Advice in what I can still do

So finished Insanity Friday. Lost a good bit of weight, inches and everything and was prepared to keep working hard then last night while playing basketball my hamstring pops so i'm sidelined from Cardio for a while. Aside from general upper body strength training and some sit ups can anyone recommend some workouts that don't require me to really use my legs. I definitely didn't wanna go into maintenance mode already since I was on a roll losing.

You've got the general idea already. The most important thing is to curb your calories. You can keep losing weight as long as you adjust your intake for the next few weeks while your hammy gets rested. Usually I'm still able to walk and ride bikes or spin with a blown wheel, but YMMV. Make sure you don't try to come back too quickly.
  • Definitely get medical advice, the docs will be able to provide a list of appropriate exercise and perhaps physical therapy. I had a lateral tear, anterior tear, and irritated meniscus in my left knee, and was able to swim. Swimming might be a good alternative to normal cardio.
