That does sound high if you followed the equation in the guide then minus or plus calories for your goals then you should get overall calorie amount
Mine is 2100 calories a day for weight loss and I'm 5ft 2 // 188 lbs and using the moderate activity number of 1.550 -

Something seems off. Whats your height weight and age. As a reference point, i am 30, 200 lbs, 5'11, and 12% body fat and do the p90x/insanity hybrid and eat around 2800 calories for fat loss.0 -
You got to eat 1 to 1.8 gr of protein per pound of lean muscles, for example your ideal weight is 180 pounds and your weight now is 200 you have multiply 1.per 180, you got to stay under with the calories in order to create a deficit otherwise is a waste of time, if you take proteins powder like whey proteins you should be able to eat less usually these kind of proteins have also aminoacids which help to curb hunger, you first have to get rid of the fat..then you'll think to be more muscled, from your pics I would say between 2100 and 2300 cal per day, when you don't workout sure eat less try to cut a little bit of carbs.0
