Ok so i got a new cookbook it doesn't give the serving sizes it just says serves 6-8 people how do you know what a serving size is?

Usually a serving size is a cup. If it's meat, then a serving size is a deck of cards. Sorry I couln't be more help. I guess it all depends on what it is you are cooking.0

I would say 1 serving per person, so cut it into 8 pieces.0

ya usually they have like 1/2 cup is a serving size that type of thing i know how big a serving is but i mean within the recipe.0

separate it the first time you make it and measure, now you know!0
