Looking into maybe adding a punching bag and stand to my home gym. Anyone use one? Pros and cons? Never really used one but think it would be good building up a sweat.

It's more fun kind of conditioning compared to running haha. I have one and it's fun. Helps get rid of aggression, and strengthen the arms a bit too.

Same thing for me. It's really fun, gets the heart rate up, is different from my normal routine, and definitely helps de-stress when I've had a bad day.

Agreed. One of the safest ways to be violent, without hurting anyone ;)

I have one of those red stand up Wave Master bags and some cheap gloves from Big 5... I love it! I don't spend a lot of time on it as I'm working up my endurance with it. After about 10 minutes with that and jump rope I'm beat (mind you, after I do my 30 min circuit training). But I'm hoping to start spending more time beating it up! And will definitely start incorporating the legs too!
