Looking for more friends on here for support and ideas:)

I am a 30 year old mom and wife that works full time in a very high stress job!! Sometimes I have a hard time staying focused or eating well when I have a mentally and physically tough day at work (I work in surgery in a level 1 trauma center) I have lost 27 llbs so far and want to lose a lot more!     I know exactly how you feel working the hours you do in a high stress job. I was a ER trauma nurse at a level 2 trauma center and there are days when you don't get 10 minutes to eat. I've used string cheese, almonds, protein bars, and fruit when I'm starving and I can't leave to eat. I don't work in this environment anymore, but oh, how I remember what it was like. Good luck.
