Hello,
I just finished reading "The First 20 Minutes" by Gretchen Reynolds who states that:
"Athletes who drank chocolate milk after a workout not only recovered more fully than those who drank a sugary sports drink or water, but also gained more muscle, lost more fat, and developed greater endurance capacity."
This makes me So Freakin' Happy!!
