    It's tempting to come up with a smart *kitten* comment that I can't really see the difference because the poses were so different and then ask you to pose in your after pic giving the finger. Your results are so incredible though that there is no reason to detract from them with a silly joke. You look great! Congratulations on your accomplishment.

    Congrats! I've been hearing more and more of the paleo diet. I just don't know if I could give up carbs. I gave up meat and dairy for two years easy but the carbs. You are the bomb! Be sure to be diligent in your maintenance. That was my problem. Good Luck in your new body!
