Looking for friends who know what I am going through

I am looking for woman who know what I am going through. I am constantly trying to improve my health. I have tried walking eating fruits and vegetables and my weight doesn't seem to be going anywhere. my weight keeps going up and down and so is my inspiration to lose weight. I don't know what to do. I don't want to give up but unless I see more results I just might. If you know what I am going through then maybe I won't be so hesitant to quit. It also doesn't help when you get your time of the month. It totally slows you right down.

Don't give up! This has to be a lifetime decision to get healthier. It is very discouraging to step on the scale and see nothing happening but know that making the choice to be healthier will make changes. Stick to it for just a month get your exercising and log everything you eat. Dont step on the scale for a month look for the non scale victories. Walk without being short of breath, your clothes start to fit better, Your confidence builds because you know your making the right choices. I took a long time to get myself to this weight and I know it is going to take a long time to get it off. Then numbers on the scale will start to come down if you make the decision to change. Keep at it, its a daily struggle. I blew it tonight with eating choc. chip cookies but it is one slip not a disaster the is going to get me off track.0

I know how you feel. I always fell like I have to try so much harder than the people around me to achieve only a fraction of the results. But I am going to keep going and so should you!
You ARE making progress! Weight isn't the only indicator of progress! You are strengthening your muscles...most importantly your heart. By eating healthy you are reducing the risk of high cholesterol, high BP, diabetes, blocked arteries. That is definitely a true measure of success as well.
YOU ARE MUCH MORE THAT JUST YOUR WEIGHT!!! The progress is the commitment to yourself and keeping at it every day. Of course it is hard but if you aren't worth the effort, than what is?
You are already doing something that so many people are afraid to even start. As for the exercise, if it were easy it wouldn't be called a "work"out!
Stick with it! You are so worth it!0
