Need a Core plan

I have decided to incorporate a Stretch/Core day into my routine, can anyone suggest a good plan to follow? Thanks.

i get plenty of core training from doing weighted compound lifting movement like snatches, hang cleans, deadlifts and pullups. sometimes maybe once a month i'll do planks but on the off chance i take classes where they do "core" work i'm always the only person having no difficulty doing the situps, leg raises, pilates stuff etc.
that's pretty much been my proof that i dont need to do direct core work in order to strengthen my core.0
