Exercise Question

I want to lose weight, but I don't want to gain muscle like a body builder. Should I be sticking with just cardio exercises, or am I safe to use weights and resistance band? How much or how long should I do it for in a week?

Defiently hit the weight. Woman do not bulk up like body builders without serious hard training. I love weight training. I use ChaLean Extreme at home for strenghth training. So I use weights about 3-4x a week.

Women don't have the testosterone levels that men have. The huge muscled women you see are on steroids.0
