Great pic. Some days I feel like the pied piper of pooches. This morning a neighbour's dog was barking outside for 20 minutes hoping he could follow me and my dog on our walk.,0

love it this is so true. Dogs usually have a good sense about which people are genuine and those who aren't.0

I love dogs. I can't remember a time in my childhood when we didn't have at least one dog, usually more. I always saw them as part of our family.
But let's get real ... having a dog does not mean it's okay to be rude to guests in your home (i.e. "Don't sit on the furniture if you don't want to be covered in the filth that my dogs bring inside."). I agree that guests should be polite and not whine about the presence of an animal, but what happened to hospitality? Also, people who think their pets are children need an intervention. This is, unfortunately, why many dogs have health problems.0 -
This is why I have leather furniture and vacuum constantly. I don't want to sit in her fur either.
Side note, today is my girl's 10th birthday

i've actually banned my in laws from my house, because they treated my fur kids badly. fil got upset that a cat was in his luggage, i told him he shouldn't have left it open on the floor then. he also didn't like my dog sniffing him. i told him he could leave. they haven't been to our house for over 10 years now.0

Yep, I kicked out my former In Laws for not treating my dog properly...former FIL smacked my dog on the nose for barking (FIL was drinking and making a racket) and I prompty told MIL to get him and leave before I exploded.0 -
I need one of these. I get so annoyed when people make comments about my pets. Don't like it get the eff out of my house.0
