Hey all,
I just joined MFP today. So a little bit about myself... my name is Harpreet I am in my last year of college and i'm applying for medical school soon. I figure that if I want to help people out I need to set a good example for them. So its time to get serious and the best way is to definitely track my work. I am 22 and wow I need to seriously get healthy. Its tough but my weight loss goal is about 50lbs so this website is my new best friend! It would be great to find friends with the same goal, not to be skinny but be healthy! Thanks!
