Saw this on TV - http://www.bbc.co.uk/food/recipes/skinny_beef_lasagne_87277

I've re-created the recipe on my own recipe tab of MFP and substitued the semi-skimmed milk for uht skimmed milk, and one portion came out at 330 calories (less than half of the calories of a regular lasagne portion) and it tasted great!

Cooked this yesterday, it's very tasty but doesn't quite maintain the shape of a standard lasagne!

Is this worth a go then? Lasagne has always been the one thing I've found you can't make low fat.

I've made a recipe similar to this before but instead of using leeks as the "lasagne", use grilled zucchini. Just cut the zucchini lengthwise until they look like "strips", grill them for a minute or so on each side and then layer them like the noodles. You can always substitute ground turkey instead of beef for even lower calorie count!
