Stairmaster

I am trying to log my minutes from the stairmaster and I cannot find the stairmaster in the excerises. Can anyone help?

    Search for "Stairclimber" or "Stair-treadmill ergometer, general". If you have a heart rate monitor that calculates calories you can enter this in yourself.

    maybe the stair climber you use counts calories- When I use Jacob's ladder it says about 100 cals for 10 minutes- and thats just what I put in my exercise diary- 100 calories since 10 on that thing is my limit! (I like machines that tell u- then I just use that info, albeit with a grain of salt)
