So I know it isn't a lot, but having lost 11lbs only its a lot. I have been keeping to my calories and walking. Any thoughts for longer time losers? (as in weight not weird lol)

Well if you are sticking to your calories... It could be water weight, do you track your sodium? Did you have a strenuous workout the day before? Is it that TOM or getting close to? For you to actually gain two pounds of fat you would have had to eat 7000 calories over what you normally burn in a day..
My suggestion is to make sure you drinking plenty of water and in a few days I bet it will be back down. Make sure also you are tracking your sugars.0 -
I DID have pasta for dinner last night- but it was only one cup and at 6pm... I have been drinking about 6 glasses of water a day and I don't add sodium to any foods...0
