Usually if something sounds too good to be true, it is. Has anyone out there tried SENSA?

    I did and it was (too good to be true). It did absolutely nothing for me.

    My wife and I tried it for a month and it didnt work at all for us. She said that her cousin did it and it worked for her.

    My coworker uses it. Out of curiosity, I peeked at the list of "ingredients", and it's essentially MSG. So it "works" by attempting to make you full when you sprinkle it on whatever food you're eating. Clearly not the best way to diet and lose weight.

    Definitely too good to be true. There is no such thing as an easy fix.

    Is that the "magic powder" you sprinke on your food to make you lose weight without doing anything else?

    Yeah...not to sound rude, but that's just ridiculous. I'm sure you know by now that there are no 'quick fix' weight loss plans that actually work and are good for you.

    I tried it. I am a human guniea big. It did NOT work for me. I even tried it for a prolonged period of time.
