Hi guys!

I started with calorie restrictions on July 30th, learned about LCHF nutrition and started Keto on Aug 1st.

10 pounds down already and looking for friends to cheer on and inspire me on MFP before I alienate facebook friends with overly excited status updates!

    Add me in, been doing low carb for months now and love it :)

    There is a low carb group on MFP that is very friendly, I'd give a link but I am way too drunk ;)
