How often should I weigh in?

I've really tried to avoid the scales most of my life but I am really trying to give this tracking thing a try. I like keeping the food diary - really makes me conscious of what I am eating.

I've bought a scale and am tempted to weigh every day but I've read that every day is not good.

What do you think? Once per week?

    I generally weigh about once a week... My day is Sunday, it helps me to not get discouraged from water weight. Find what works for you, I got to where I would weigh myself sometimes 3-4 times a day and it was just awful. I found I work harder when I know I am weighing on Sunday and I want that number to be as little as I can make it. Hope I've helped :smile:
  • I weigh myself on Saturday mornings. Pick a day and time and stick with it. If you weigh more than once per week, you'll likely get discouraged. Good luck!
