trying to lost weight and build muscle, anyone know of any good workout suggestions/tips they could give me?

    For the OP, and 27 y/o male, I'd suggest stronglifts 5x5 (google it) and 30 mins of cardio (you pick) 3x per week if maintaining muscle/building muscle and building strength is more important than weight loss for you.
