Seeing if anyone is up at 5 a.m on the west coast. Needing some motivation to be up that early to go running! I have no problem being up just actually starting that run maybe a texting pal or something. I got up this morning at 5 to go running but I honestly just sat in bed staring at my phone. Please let me know, inbox me or add me.

  • GO! GO! GO! You will feel SO much better if you get up an go! I am SO tired and didn't want to work out either, but now that I did.. I feel amazing. Now at work and have great energy. It's hard to just be in the habit of running or working out at times.. Ugh! Especially Mondays. But you're already up! You want to go....
    GO! :)

    Have a great run!

I know I'll feel good once I start running, I used to run 8 miles a day, but fell outta it for a few years now I can't run a 1/4 mile sadly, Now I just need to get back into it

I agree with Noelle. I'm up at 5:30 every morning, and if I'm going to be up, damned if I just going to stare at my clock. You're right, the hardest part is rolling out of bed. So get to rolling! Have your shoes and clothes next to your bed, and by the time you lace em up you'll be halfway to the promised land.

    GET UP AND GO!

I get up around 4:50am on gym days. At the gym from 5am to 6am. Then home to get ready for work.

I need the same motivation, I am not a morning person, but I always feel so much better when I do it. I have to be home to get ready for work by 6:30, so I need to be up by 5 to get an hour in. We both need to suck it up and go!

Yup, I lost motivation on this also. I used to get up at 4:45-5:15 for my Insanity workouts, but have since just hit the snooze button haha.. Might as well get up early.. at least in Cali it's hot as hell by noon so it makes the after work workout more brutal. I love the feeling after you workout in the morning... really energizes me for the rest of the day.
