I keep going over my protein intake for my daily target, how will this effect weight loss?

As long as you are hitting your calorie target and getting enough fats, it shouldn't matter at all0

Yea I am don't tend to go over fat or calories in a day0

high protein is a good thing as long as your carbs,fats and calories are not over.
How are you getting this extra protein? shakes or by foods or both?
I usually go over 30,40 grams of protein over but i think its because i strength train more than cardio0 -
I am currently in a nutrition class and my protein on here is super low compared to what they are telling me to eat !! I have been told that for the rebuild of cells and muscle protein is essential!!! You should be fine ! good luck0

I am eating chicken a couple of times a day and my breakfast includes yoghurt.
Glad to hear I am fine going over it, been exercising more too so should be good for repairing0
