ground turkey recipies needed

I have a pound of ground turkey I need to use this week.
Do you want to share your recipe with me? Is it possible to just substitute a turkey with beef in any recipe?

    1lbs lean ground beef
    1 cup oatmeal (old fashioned...not instant).
    1/2 cup egg whites
    1/4 cup diced bell pepper
    1/4 cup diced onion
    any other veggies you might like
    1/4 cup salsa
    salt and pepper to taste
    mix all ingredients well and form into a loaf.
    Bake at 350 for 40 minutes......put tomatoe sauce on top for the last 10 minutes

    Turkey meatloaf.

    There is an awesome recipe for Asian Turkey Meatballs and another one for White Bean, Turkey Sausage, and Kale Soup on skinnytaste.com. You could also use it anywhere you'd use ground beef - spaghetti, tacos, etc.

    I use ground turkey in place of ground beef in all my recipes. Spaghetti with meatsauce, tacos, meatballs, burgers, etc.
