Hi everyone,
My name is Kathy and I"m from Bardstown, KY. I'm currently a SAHM to a 14 month old daughter, I will be returning to work as soon as I am able to find something. In the meantime DH and I are working on starting up our home business.

I would like to lose about 50lbs, but I am starting small first and want to lose about 5lbs. I have an issue with carbs, love my sweets & pasta. I guess that is where I need some help, to avoid eating the sweets.

Looking forward to meeting each and everyone of you on our continued journey.

    Nice to meet you. Didn't think I would find someone from the Bardstown area on here. I've been on other weight loss sites and no one from the area was on there.

    Hi I am Laura and am looking for a wl buddy too!! I live in AZ and have about 90 lbs to lose!! I would love to help anyone I can! I have probably gained and lost over 1000 lbs in my lifetime and looking to stop the madness!! LOL!

    Just hopped on the site today. I kno the food tracking works I've done it before with w.w.! I'd like to drop about 30# ! Having someone to be accountable to works well for me too. Someone to check in with!

    I know how ya feel about the sweets... I can never resist chocolate peanuts and boy can they do a number on a careful day of healthful eating! Let me know how your doing, we could could both use a bit of inspiration :-) GOOD LUCK
