Anyone doing TapouT XT? I am starting my 4th week. First 10 days lost A LOT of inches, gained a pound. Since day 10 I have not lost any inches or pounds.

    Im on week 3 and love it so far i have lost lots of inches but not doing weight till day 30...

    i just did my day 30 on monday i love it. I have lost 2.75 inches and about 5 lbs. But i am not doing the diet to it i am just eating what i normally eat. I hate doing special diets because when it comes to real life things like pot lucks and stuff its hard to stay on the plan.
