These are two things I have never had :( I cant express how happy I would be to not have a rash on my thighs from spending the day at the beach. Or being able to wear a tank top and having collar bones showing with no "ring" (not sure what it is but i have like a crease circle about 2 inches around the bottom of my neck)!

I was 210 lbs Jan 1st 2012 and am down to 185 Aug 1 2012. Not very much loss for the time frame but I have 4 months to lose another 30!! GW 150-155lbs by my wedding!

I could use any inspirational words and friends right now!
Thanks everyone

Well at least you went in the right direction!

What kind of program, if any, are you on? Do you have any dietary restrictions, workout regimen, consistent activities...?
  • You can do it! You're already on the right track. I'm still trying to jump start my weightloss. I lost a considerable amount of weight about six years ago, but it's turning out to be a bit harder this go round. I also have diet restrictions because of insulin issues. Keep up the good work & Congratulations on your upcoming nuptials. :)

I actually not on any sort of program.. I eat about 1000-1100 cal. a day and walk maybe 3 times a week. I got into a really bad accident 3 years ago that messed my spin up so it's hard for me to do any core strenthening/running/etc.
The ellyptical is about all I can do.
Im also a Vegetarian so I guess you would consider that a "dietary restriction"

Im hoping just eating the right amount of calories along with drinking a lot of water and the occasional walk will help. I wish i knew of a way to tone without hurting my back!!!
