A little help would be great ... when I input cardio information it calculates for me automatically calories burned but when I input strength training (like curls, shoulder press, etc) it just logs the exercise without showing any calorie output ... did I miss something?

Yep. Under the cardio tab, there is an entry for strength training. The sets and reps info is for you to track progress.0
