I take the cheese off my pizza. The greasiness of it always bothers my stomach. When I go to log pizza, how many calories do you think I'm saving doing this?

That is, when I HAVE pizza.

It depends on the type of cheese. If you're using whole mozzarella, you could be saving 200. If low fat - could be 100 to 200. I'd check the package.

I know Dominos has a nutrition calculator on their website where you pick all the toppings, etc. on your pizza. You could try using that and see what it estimates.

i'm the complete opposite. i eat the cheese and toppings off and leave the unhealthy part (crust)

fats are good for you.. i hope you're getting it from elsewhere then!

sorry, what's unhealthy about the crust?

I take it you're talking about ordering a pizza so I'd check that domino's nutrition calc & estimate from that based on where you actually get it from.

    And carbs are not evil.

If you are going to have pizza, eat the pizza.

I'm allergic to cheese, so if any of you find out how much to log in for a cheese-less pizza, let me know!
