nutritional breakfast ideas

I usually have a bowl of cereal, usually whatever's in the house, and skim milk for breakfast in the morning. Sometimes I crave more than just that serving of cereal. I was curious is there was something nutritional and filling I can in the morning. Time is no concern of mine in the morning.

My quick go-to is 1 c cooked oats + 2 T Teddie's natural peanut butter + 20 g dried cherries or craisins. Plus maybe some cinnamon or such.
When I have more time in the mornings (ha! ha! Saturday...) I love to make an omelette! 2-3 eggs, and all the veggies I want/have around the house/need to use up. A cut-up chicken apple sausage in there is also amazing. Melt a little bit of shredded skim-milk mozzarella on top and a bunch of salsa on the side. That keeps me filled up for hours.
Greek yogurt and fruit is good too. Banana or apple and peanut butter. If you have lots of time, I love making oatmeal buttermilk pancakes and smothering them with fruit and some maple syrup and having a few strips of bacon on the side. Again, full for hours.0
