Hey Guys,
I've recently started doing free weights - I.e yesterday
A anyhows because I'm pretty new to this all I know how to do is a chest press, bicep curl and deadlift.
I was wondering if you could recommend some good weight exercises for a beginner.
Thanks

What ever you choose to do as part of your training, include chest press, deadlifts and squats as a core ('scuse the pun) part of that regimen. If you can add bent over rows and pull ups, even better. You'll find that these exercises work multiple parts of the body (compound exercises) and train stuff that you want to train anyway eg triceps (bench), biceps (BORs), abs (chest press, squats, deads, BORs, pull ups!!).0
