taking measurements

How often do you take your measurements? I've only ever done this with a personal trainer and never on my own and , to me, they always seemed to be at random time intervals. Any suggestions?

I measure neck / chest / and belly once a week just to see where im losing.0

Once a week-the same morning when I weigh myself. I measure my wasit, hips and recently started doing my thighs. But you can do it less if you want, I wouldn't suggest more cause of water weight and you could make yourself crazy0
