I've bought myself one of these, just waiting for it to be delivered, apart from using it to tone my arms, chest etc is there anyway of using it to tone my legs?

    Yes, do a Google search on Resistance band exercises. There are a lot of websites with various exercises listed for all your major muscle groups.
