    Thanks for posting! Muscles are pure awesome-ness....on anyone! I lift heavy and believe me....I don't look like a dude. People are entitled to their opinions...and mine is that muscles rock!

    That's awesome! Thank you for this..I am obsessed with seeing the scale go down, but there was nothing wrong with the inches going down and scale not budging..as clearly shown in this picture. :wink:

    Love this!! A little muscle on a woman looks so great, looks so healthy! I can't wait to have a bit more of a toned look, I think I'll look much sexier! :)

    Thanks for posting! Muscles are pure awesome-ness....on anyone! I lift heavy and believe me....I don't look like a dude. People are entitled to their opinions...and mine is that muscles rock!

    I started lifting heavy a few weeks ago and its the best feeling.

    Best advise I ever received was to lift heavy & ignore the scale. I still obsess a bit with the scale but I have dropped an amazing amount of inches without any weight lost/minimal weight loss. Not to mention I just feel so much better! :bigsmile:
