Hi there just checking this out for the first time today. I have been doing herbalife and have lost 24 lbs so far but now I am trying to track calories etc because I want to loose more so my question is what happens if I go over my protein amount for the day or by this time of day? and this is not a workout day.anyone?

there is no problem if you go over on your protein am presuming you are are not diabetic?
