I started my weightloss / fitness journey after seeing this picture! I then fell pregnant with our second child after loosing around 28lb and gained most of it back again. After two operations this year I finally got back on the wagon in April and have to date lost 46lb. I still have 17lb to go and it seems these 17 are going to be harder than the first 46!
I didnt clean eat and I had weekends of alcohol and enjoying myself. Life is just in moderation these days.
I didnt go to the gym, I went out walking (Completed the moonwalk in June!), did Jillians 30DS, and have now started running (a 10k end of september).
Dont get me wrong, I had days (and still have days!) where I slipped up and days where I just felt on top of the world and wanted to exercise until my feet fell off!
I didnt believe I could get this far, and I still dont! The days I'm pounding the pavement I think omg how did this happen.
I still sometimes wonder if my scales play tricks on me and I havent actually lost that weight, then I look at the photos and relise, nope I definatly did loose it.
I encorage everyone to do it, the way I feel now, with 17lb still to go, I cannot explain. Its amazing.
Anyway enough rambling!
I'm 5ft3 started at approx 189lbs and now I'm sittting at 143lb - so for my height I'm still classed as 'overweight' (1lb until I'm 'normal'!)

Nope ... it did not work ...0 -
All that since April??? Work it, girl!! Way to go! I'm doing everything the "right" way, eating clean, working out like a mega crazy person...all except one day a week when I'm just normal. In the entire month I've been doing this, I've lost all of 4 lb! I'm told it's muscle, and water retention, and yada yada yada...and I guess it must be true, cuz I've lost 18 inches and I look totally different. But I want scale results! Anytime I've just counted calories, but ate whatever I wanted, didn't work out, I lost weight fast. I envy your weight loss! WAY TO GO!!! You've obviously been commited and worked your butt off.0
