    Working out on the regular and eating clean. After I lost 53lbs I started lifting heavy and working on definiton. I lost my weight in about 8 months I dramatically increase my weight when lifting about a month ago :-)

    I'm 181 at the moment.. so have that fat back issue still.. it's got better but still a way to go. :) I can 'feel' that harder structure you are now parading. :) well done!
