    Done. Oh boy i hope I don't get tomorrow.

    Made up the 100 crunches - standing for now - from yesterday.

    And 150 squats - with and without 4 lbs baby weights.

    Is there a way to get these challenges directly? I usually have to search, but is there a group to join?

    Also, does anyone have clicking joints? Knees, ankles?

    Ok, I am going to try the 150 squats. I can not add any weights due to a shoulder injury but I am going to do Regular Squats! Great Idea!

    Done!!! I did Sets of 20 rested for 2 then a set of 10 rested for 30 sec. and so on.. did it in about 30 min.. My thighs are burning. But I had to push through. I feel Great! I love it! Just what I needed today!

    Yeah, i managed it, 150 in sets of 25, bodyweight only. Although I did 100, then had 1 hour swimming, then finished with the other 50, hope that counts.

    Sad to say I didn't complete this challenge. Just started MFP this week and I only accomplished about 25% of this challenge :(

    But you did achieve, would you have done any at all if you hadn't tried & taken part? Any amoount is an achievement in intself to not doing any at all. And if you've only just started, it's a great start, keep it up & you'll soon manage all of them :smile:

    Done, 100 sumo squats, 60 basic squats.

    I did get the 150 squats done. Didn't get to post in cause computer crashed earlier. But was in and done today. Can't wait for wed. Hope see it before to late in the day.
