What should I do Yoga or Biggest loser last chance workout?

Well I ran yesterday ( granted only 2 miles because I am so out of shape) so would it be better to doyoga for strength training or push for more cardio?

    I find that I am getting way more out of yoga than cardio. I am deliberately losing very slowly (goals set to 1 lb/week and averaging around .9 lb/week). I am actually building strength and losing inches from yoga, even when my weight doesn't change. I do get some cardio work by walking a lot and playing some hockey, especially since I HATE running.

    By the way, I find vinyasa yoga (which involves pretty continuous movement) to also be good cardio. So you can get 2 for the price of one. My vinyasa teacher kicks my butt and once a week is my limit.

    never heard of that sounds great I just have bigest loser weight lossyoga but it seems to be pretty good idk about this sort of stuff though
