Continuing on with me weight loss - 50 down, 30 to go!

In September 2011, I made small changes that impacted every aspect of my life and now leads me everyday in what I eat, how I exercise and my attitude towards my job and life goals.

Although, I won't ever go back to the bad habits that got me to this point (210 lbs), it keeps me motivated that there is no such thing as "too far gone" and anything is possible if you have patience and dedication.

I'm still 30 + lbs away from my final goal, but now I have room to experiment and find a less drastic way to lose weight that will form a more permanent lifestyle and give me the ability to maintain, while still enjoying the food and activities I love.
