Hi! I just started today but I'm no stranger to weight loss. I want a total lifestyle transformation and I am going to (literally) work my *kitten* off to get there. I'm 250 and I'm looking to get down to 150 or around there. I'd love some friends who have similar goals as mine so we can be support to one another.

Congrats to you for taking on this challenge. I'm sort of similar: going from 327lbs to 240lbs. I am in the middle of my 2nd week back on the wagon that is MFP. One of those times in my life where trying isn't an option. Gotta get er done!0

You can do it. I started with over 200 pounds to lose and am down 35. It is hard work but will be so worth it in the end!!!0

I have a very similar goal. I started off at my top weight of 265. Down 10 lbs so far, with about a hundred more to lose. You can do it!0

I just started yesterday, I find this may worrk for me. I'm 230 and want to be 160. Would love to be added to your friends list as well. All the support we can get may really help. Battled this for 7 yrs with no help, so now asking for help:happy:0

I have over 100 lbs to lose too! I seriously started in February of this year at around 270 lbs and I'm trying to get to at least 160 and ideally 150. I'm around 5'7/5'8 and I'm just trying to be healthier. Right now I'm trying to lose at least 10 lbs before September 24th (my 30th birthday :sad: )

I can understand the need to lose that much weight.. I have a goal for the next year. My main goal is to get down about 100lbs so that next summer when we go to Myrtle Beach that if we can't find oceanfront to stay at I want to be able to walk from where we
are staying to the beach on my own without feeling like I'm dying. I want to enjoy it with my family. So I can totally relate to wanting
to lose a large amount of weight.
Losing 100 is just my half way point for me though. I am morbidly obese and need to lose 200lbs. So I am working towards that
goal one day at a time. I've last a little in the 2 weeks I started, but I really plan to work at it as the weight starts coming off. I

I'm right there with you 265lbs down from 295lbs it took me since Sept 2011 to now August 2012 .I been up and down.But that all about to change.I join a get fit boot camp that going kick my butt into shape or kill me one.Tonight the first sesson.Wish me luck0
