Hi, everyone. I am officially halfway to my goal. It has taken longer than I expected and honestly there have been times when I felt like I hadn't lost any weight at all. I am glad I have these pics to look back on to remind myself of how far I've come. The pics in the blue/green shirt are from today. Good luck on your journeys!

    Great job so far! The weight shouldn't come off too fast or it will come back on! You need to teach your body how to keep it going at a decent pace. Slow and steady wins the race.

    Finally i seem to have found someone with a similar body shape to mine! I have been scouring these forums in the hope of seeing what i may look like having lost some weight, and here you are :D My current goal is 168 pounds, and its fab to see how good i may look then (even thought obviously you are only halfway to goal, but that is a personal goal for yourself) You ahve done so well to lose that weight, you look fantastic, and i wish all the best for the rest of your goal, or at least till you are at a weight/size you are happy with :)
