I'm on day 7 of my 30DS.

Today I saw a friend who hasn't seen me in a week and he said I looked like I lost weight.
Also, I tried on a pair of pants today that are normally so tight they pinch the fat on my upper thigh so I have these two weird lumps near the top of my pants when I wear that pair. Today they were GONE! :)

    Good for you! 30DS is no joke. All the hard work makes it worth it when you can slip on a pair of pants that once were too tight.

    Yay for no lumps by your thighs! I love 30 Day Shred. It is a killer workout and best of all, it takes only 20 min. I'm on day 14 and still loving it. Congrats on your progress!
