I have only just started my journey.
I have lost 2lbs and want to lose another 30.0 -
Currently 139lb. I want to be at least 130lb. Ultimate goal is 125lb. Not long to go
Starting weight was 165lb.0 -

ive currently lost 34 pounds but i have got another 22 pounds left to lose but need more motivation, just came off holiday and i need to really get back in to it! i need the pounds off not up! xx0 -
Got another 10-12 pounds. First goal is 130, then maybe 125lbs0

I'm trying to lose 7-9 more lbs I've lost 51lbs soo far these last few lbs are hard to lose : (0

I've lost about 26 pounds and have about 14 more to lose!0

I have a round 10lbs to go to my initial target just now and 26lbs down.
When I get there I will re-assess and see if I can get away with another half a stone as "reathing space", but I am 53 now and don't want to end up looking like some craggy, wrinkly old bag like so many women of a certain age do!!0 -

I haven't lost any weight, I don't even mind if I gain as long as I have inch-loss and extra strength! I am focusing on tone, health and strength rather than a number on a scale as such!0

i've only lost about 8lbs so far, and i would like to loose another 90 ultimately... but baby steps.. so 30 more and i will feel better!0
