    Great job Joy! I'm so happy for you! I am still doing the little-by-little stages of things, but after trying to hike in the Alps, I know that I want to do MORE. It was much harder than I anticipated, and am looking forward to changing that. :-) Congratulations! I'm so happy for your success and overall improved health.

    You are truly an inspiration! I started out at 365 lbs, and have lost 47 lbs in the past four months but find myself discouraged that it seems to be going so slowly. After lloking at you - and seeing that even though you were 100 lbs less than me you accomplished so much, I know I can get there. Thanks!
